What's a good nursing career path for me?

I'm an RN with 2 years of experience, 1 year in rehab nursing and 1 year in cardiac stepdown (telemetry). I enjoy working in telemetry but I'm almost 40 and I can't see myself doing this in 10 years. Its extremely physically demanding. What are some options?
