Audacity help?! pleez seriously!!?

ok so i downloaded libmp3lame-win-3.97 but when i went to export and it told me to open the file, i did and it says, "Could not open MP3 encoding library!" what do i do?? pleez help i really need this song edited!!! 5 starts for best answer!!
