Will I ever find her again?

When I was 14 my baby sister was abducted and has never been seen or heard from again. I know that the ones that took her would not have killed her and only did so because the government made a deal with them to allow them to abduct human children for study. Its now 20 years on and I'm still searching for her. My whole career has based on it and I've done a lot of good work for people, even found a few of the missing children but will I ever find my sister again?
