Treadmill advice?

I'm thinking of getting a treadmill, as i'm very unfit and a lot overweight, I've heard a lot of the time that walking is the best way to start, but going for a walk in my area is boring and it's always raining hence getting a machine. I've seen a carl lewis one in argos for �239 does anyone know if it's any good, also it will be going in my upstairs bedroom as nowhere else to put it, will this be ok. If anyone has got this machine how noisy is it, thanks for any input
