Does he like me? .. preferably guys advice either or works though?

Ok so. Theres this guy and we met eachother through mutual friends.. his friend lets say rodger* is my friend lillys* boyfriend. I know rodger pretty well since we have hung out this summer since i have been with my friend lilly. Anyways there a group of a couple guys that work out on the farm and rodger is one of them. so lilly and i would bring him and the other guys lunch. Well i first saw nathan* that way. anyways we ended up all haveing a bon fire at rodgers house and nathan was there. We started talking not much though blah blah blah night went on. this happend again a couple other times. Well i told lilly i thought nathan was cute and she told rodger. Rodger then asks me the next day we hung out if i thought nathan was cute and i said ya.. anyways long story short ... and many awkward moments later and lots of flirting later... rodger asked nathan in front of me "hey nathan do you like (my name)" and he said yes whats there not to like? I guess i am just curious if he likes me because when we are in person together we flirt a little not alot though its just usually kinda awkard because his friends and my friends try to push us together soo much! but we laugh and deal with it.. well i got his number and i texted him and he replied back and we talked a bit then he had to go ... then i saw him in person again and then i texted him a couple days later.. then once again he had to go after a short convo. this happend three times well i texted him today and (btw i dont text him everyday for example last time i texted him was four days ago) he replied an hour later then i replied back half an hour later and now its been a couple hours and he still hasnt replied.. i just dont know if he actually likes me because in person it seems like he would or at least be interested and the way rodger acts or kinda teases nathan is in a way that nathan has said hes interested (btw once again we havent actually told eachother that we like the other person) but when i talk to him other than hangin out he doesnt really wanna talk? whats your guys opinion.. so.. we talk in person, hang out, not really awkward just when my friends try to do something, but in text he never really talks long why???
