Who supports the DREAM act?

Thank you for the information. I hate to see competent brains go to waster. There are so few of them in this world. I know too many "gifted" kids that are going to waste because they are undoented. I have a boy in my community that came here at 13, and, opted out of ELL cles at 15. He graduated (valedictorian) with a 4.0 with 2 white kids here. He is VERY talented, but, illegal. He wants to study medicine, but, is waiting tables right now. He deserves to be educated, and, we deserve to benefit from his brain. He could be the one to cure cancer- or AIDS. It is ridiculous that he can't study when he COULD be a HUGE et to our country and the world. I will email, call, and, har. LOL. Thank you.
