Why EPL has a better attendance rate compared to La Liga?

no team in la liga has avg attendance rate of over 90%, whereas as all the descent teams in EPL have more than 90% with Arsenal and Chelsea achieving 99%. Isnt barcelona (80% attendance) most popular team in the world and isnt the weather much better in spain compared to uk, I dont understand how can EPL possibly have a better attendance rate
