Fellow vegetarians: Help?

I am a vegetarian, and i get a whole lot of grief for being one at school. I get in arguments a lot, people always bombarding me preaching "the bible says to eat meat." I HATE THAT QUESTION! I'm a christian-catholic, but i never know what to say when they tell me that. What do I say???
