Help with optimizing site.?

Need help with optimizing my site. The site is a href="http://www.blackholenews.com" rel="nofollow"http://www.blackholenews.com/a I am trying to get up in the top 10 for like political news, editorials, or something other than black hole news. Any ideas help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help.
