Should i dump him???

my boyfriend is being really weird lately. he has been talking to his ex behind my back, yelled at me when i couldn't hang out one day, got prom taken away so i couldn't go, and to apologize, he dropped off a present and a horrible apology on binder paper on my doorstep and sped away in his car. im getting really fed up with him. should i dump him?
