Why do some Jews says that God's Covenant with them was eternal, when Paul, a Jew, said this isn't the case?

(sigh) First, it's not "some" Jews; it's every Jew. And why is because Jews do not care what Paul said. Paul means NOTHING to Jews; he is as irrelevant as Jesus is to Judaism. Why should we care what an apostate Jew had to say about anything?
