Wait for her answer or move on?

Last week i told my best female friend that i liked her as more than a friend(iv liked her for several months). When i told her she rushed me off the phone and said " i have to go, bye". Iv been waiting for her to give me a response on whether she feels the same about me or not. But yesterday my cousin said that he has some girls hes gonna introduce me to and try to get me laid/ get a girlfriend. But im stuck between her and these new girls, cuz i still have alot of feelings for my best friend( and she hasnt givin me an answer yet). But i dont wanna just be sittin around and have this chance p me by while shes figuring out how she feels about me. What should i do(im still a virgin so is always racing through my mind and these new girls might give it to me)?
