This is a GTA San Andreas for the PC Question....and i have a big problem!!! Help!!!!?

I have a savanna car in the grove street house's garage and a couple days after i added a car mod to replace the savanna for a 63 impala...and now every time i try to open the garage the game freezes, so i tried to delete the car mod and see if the garage would open, but then it just freezes again!.....so i need help to figuer out how to put back the default savanna mod that i replaced...so i can open the garage without the game freezing up on me..HELP!
