In Small Claims Court in state of California, County of Solano?
What recourse is there for a a debtor in small claims court when he loses in small claims court. A "request to pay in installments" was filed for approval because of the financial condition of the debtor. A decision was reached and mailed to the debtor stating that he must "pay in full immediately". How was this decision reached to "pay in full" when all necessary doentation was filed stating willingness of debtor to make payments, pay stubs, other obligations, etc. And more importantly, what recourse does the debtor now have since he now has a court order to "pay in full immediately?
