If you liked a girl, would you act like this?

Okay I have liked this guy for about 5 years now. From then till now, I have liked no one else other than him, and he's had a girlfriend off and on for about a year now, but has finally completely ended it. At my church, he is mean to literally every single girl except for me. Well today, we were at church, and well I'm not gonna lie, I looked really nice. Everytime I looked up, he was looking right at me, and would suddenly look away as soon as we made eye contact. This happened at least 6 times. Then after service, the whole congregation went in the hall to greet one another and eat. I was standing talking to one of my friends, and he was behind me, waiting to say hi to me. He gave me a big hug and asked how I was doing, etc. I left him, got food, and came back and stood by him and his friend. His friend was talking but he completely ignored him and continued to strike up conversations with me. So after, we all went to a friends house, and we didn't talk AT ALL. I would randomly find him standing right next to me, though...I don't know...I know it sounds silly but do you think he likes me?
