I have an iguana how do i care for it??? atleast i think its an iguana?

it is green.really long tail, long fingers, long nails, has spikes on back, and the tail is striped. how do i care for it. what type or cage, food, etc...i need to know everthing i have no clue about iguanas.please and thanks god bless
