All the girls' high school soccer players out there?!?

Please help me make my decision. I'm a fifteen year old soon-to-be-freshman who really wants to learn how to play soccer and subsequently make JV or Varsity. Do you think she could make it into either of the teams next year if she joins a soccer organization and practices hard from now on? Or would she fail to do so despite her efforts because there are already so many girls out there who have started playing the sport at very young age? Please be honest with me here because I need to make up my mind as soon as possible. Plus, any other advice about soccer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
